1) Stand with your feet together, back straight. Without moving your hips, bend your right knee and lift your right foot behind you, clasping your foot with your right hand. Rest your left hand on the top of a fishing net about a metre in front of you for balance.
2) Bend forward at the waist as you pull back your right leg.
3) You can slide your left hand down the fishing net to deepen the stretch.
The stretch: Hold this pose for five deep breaths, then repeat on the other side.
